Committed to creating a home where residents can thrive in community, Bob & Michael’s Place aspires to be a model for the future of social housing in Canada.

Slated to open in Spring 2024, Bob & Michael’s Place will provide 231 new independent living homes alongside a 50,000 square foot integrated health centre that will serve the entire community and have a lasting impact on the lives of its residents.

Bob & Michael’s Place is a response to one of our neighbourhood’s greatest needs—affordable community housing.
